Macet Lagi…

Pekan ini lalu-lintas Jakarta kembali seperti sebelum Lebaran yang ditinggalkan pergi oleh banyak penggunanya. Singkat saja, macet. Kerugian yang terjadi karena kemacetan ini bisa termasuk hilangnya waktu produktif, kurangnya waktu berkualitas, kelelahan fisik dan psikis, serta pemborosan bahan bakar. Bekerja Dalam Jarak “Dekat”

Work is not a place, it's an activity. Kalimat ini terpampang di badan trailer Cisco Express. Ini yang sebenarnya terjadi di Cisco. Sebagai perusahaan yang mengandalkan Internet untuk menjalin kolaborasi antar karyawan, pelanggan, partner dan suplier, maka karyawan Cisco tidak terjebak untuk harus bekerja di suatu lokasi tertentu menggunakan perangkat tertentu. Saya sendiri banyak menggunakan instant messaging (sementara banyak perusahaan melarang penggunaan aplikasi ini di kantor karena dinilai mengganggu produktivitas) ...
